By accessing any of the websites operated by The Mapletree Realty, you, the user, agree to be bound by all of the terms for use and agree these terms constitute a binding contract between the user and Mapletree Realty.

These Terms of Use apply to all users, except to the extent that Mapletree Realty has developed specific policies for member Mapletree Realty Boards. Those organizations and persons should also refer to the applicable policies of Mapletree's Technology Committee.

Registration and Account Security

The mapletreer.com users give their real names and data, and we would like your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us concerning registering and maintaining the safety of your account:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia. The courts in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any disputes relating to these Terms of Use.
